| Our program is designed to teach all aspects
of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu including: standing self-defence,
ground positioning, controlling and the
submission of an opponent. As you
progress through our system you will begin to notice an increase in your
strength, stamina, overall energy and level of technique. Our system is
based on technique as opposed to size or strength, ultimately allowing
our students to control and leverage opponents who are significantly
heavier in weight. |
